Ben Sher, Professor from Berklee College of Music, and Recording Artist will present some ideas to help you develop your own solo jazz guitar arrangements. He will discuss concepts for chord voicing, both simple and more advanced substitutions, ideas for arpeggios and scales to ‘fill’ between phrases ..and offer an introduction to the chord language of Wes Montgomery. Ben will present several of his arrangements: a ballad and a Bossa-nova. These will be available as pdf’s to. download
